Unhiding hidden toolbars

Hello,

I used the "Hide toolbars" command recently, causing all but the "Bookmarks" toolbar to disappear. Now I would like to restore (display) all the toolbars again, but I cannot find any 'Unhide toolbars' command, no matter what context menu I open. Can somebody please help me out of this dilemma?

For future reference:

F8 ==> show/hide tool bars
F9 ==> show/hide menu bar
F11 ==> show/hide tool bars and the menu bar
F12 ==> full screen

How do I bring back unchecked & hidden Internet Explorer toolbars? I hid them and can't find out how to un-hide them.

just open a random pdf file in your browser and then make sure your are put focus "inside the plugin" so let's say try to grab the page with the hand tool, then the same Function Key commands mentioned above should work for toggling toolbars in the viewer plugin rather than IE itself (I am not using it so no idea what F8 does for example)
