Some characters cannot display

Post by exhentai »

Hello, I encountered a problem recently: some characters failed to display in some pdfs. Here is an example.
test.zip
(181.33 KiB) Downloaded 90 times
As you can see in attached pdf, there is a blank between "1" and "s", which should be a minus sign"-". The blank after "P0" should be the "omega" sign. Between "2" and "1455" there is also a blank (as is shown in the first picture) If I open this pdf in my firefox browser, every character displays correctly (see the second picture). The SumatraPDF can also show these characters correctly. Therefore, this should be a bug of PDF X-change Viewer. Please look into it.

Hi exhentai,

Firstly, I've changed your username as it contained thinly veiled expletives. Should this happen again, your account will be banned; swearing (including 'blanked' out words) is not tolerated on our forums, either in posts or in usernames.

Secondly, here's what I see in the latest release of Adobe Acrobat:

Here's what I see in the latest release of our Editor, which replaced the Viewer several years ago:

Please download and try the Editor, as the Viewer is no longer supported:

Thanks,

Thank you.
