This might be a Windows 10 problem but it just happened today. The normal view window is OK and adjustable but the print window is too big for the monitor and so can't be adjusted in size. I tried various settings for scaling but the print window remains oversized. This problem does not occur in PDF-XChange Editor, so I was able to print the document.

Hello tcebob,
Unfortunately the Viewer has a fixed size for the print dialog, and it cannot be altered. The best method I can suggest for this is to change the window scaling settings, as the viewer is discontinued now and will not be seeing any updates to change this behaviour.
