I have a problem with a public pdf:

Hello Herchi,
The Viewer is our older and now no longer developed product. I believe the latest additions to it as functionality happend more than 5 years ago now.
The Viewer didn't have full support for JS, but it's successor and the current and still actively developed product - the PDF XChange Editor:

Will open your file fine.
So my recommendation would be to please consider switching to the Editor!

Yes, The new editor works fine with this pdf's!!!
