Tooltips in Customise Commands

If I edit the properties of the loupe tool I can copy the tooltip text:

Activates the Loupe Tool and shows the Loupe Window that displays a magnified portion of page.

Underlined text that is not a link is misleading, and the tooltip does not fully describe the behaviour. Nothing happens until I click with the Loupe Tool on the page.
I would like to change this to:

Activates the Loupe Tool

Clicking on the page then opens the Loupe Window.

The Loupe Window displays a magnified portion of the page.

Unfortunately, these tooltips are not editable.

The tooltip for the Pan and Zoom Window is odd.

Show/Hide the Pan and Zoom pane.

The Pan and Zoom pane shows a miniature of the current page, for easy navigation.

It is listed under the panes with Bookmarks, Thumbnails, Comments, etc., but the Loupe Tool is not. Both can be docked, like other panes.

So what is the distinction between a pane and a window? :?

Hello Bhikkhu,
In regards to the first post, That does make sense So I will pass that suggestion along to our UI devs.

For your second post, The default handling is the main difference here. Typically, a Pane is docked within a window, but is not its own standalone entity, in the case of both of these tools, the default is for the Window to open on its own separately, hence that wording. The others that specify "opens the bookmarks Pane" typically open a pane within the Editor, that is docked initially, and can be removed into its own window if you so choose.
