printing bank statement shows black boxes

using the latest version of pdfx-viewer and when printing my bank statement it is putting black boxes around account numbers and such, how can i stop this?

Could you please confirm that you are using version 2.5.322.8 of the PDF-Viewer?
You can see that under the menu Help -> About.

Also, could you please send us a screenshot of what you see at your end?

Also, we would appreciate if you could send us the bank statement itself for further investigation.
