PDF with blank pages but not in Adobe Reader

I attached a PDF file whose pages 2 to 9 are blank (PDF-XChange Viewer, version 2.5.322.8 ) but not in Adobe.

Viewer is discontinued now. Try the latest version of Editor - all pages are visible there.
It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.
