Different application theme or color scheme?

Sorry, this is prob a stupid question, BUT...
Can you change this default application color? That sepia-brown tone is drivin' me nuts...

I must be missing somethin',

I think it must be something to do with your Windows setup - because our default colours are most certainly not sepia -please see the attached.

That's what I mean, the default color is tan.

I guess it was my current windows theme...
I tried switching to a new one and the program appearance changed too,

Some of my programs just have that option to use a default style or current windows style...
