In a new PDF without any bookmarks I am creating my own bookmarks.
I would like to "Bold" and color a few of the bookmarks BUT "Appearance Options" are totally disabled.
In Viewer v1.7.0 I could format bookmark fonts.
- I still have an archive of v1.7.0 installer.
How can I edit font formatting in my current Viewer v2.5 (322.7) ?
Thank you

Re: Bookmark ->Properties -> Appearance ... is disabled
Hello bawldiggle,
Please try right clicking the bookmark and selecting "Bookmark Properties" (the last option) in the context menu that will appear.
In the new window that will open you can change the appearance.
However I would recommend you to consider switching to the Editor:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/produc ... nge-editor
This is the Viewer's successor - and it's much easier to Edit the bookmarks there. This can be done directly in the properties pane that opens, by default, on the lower right of the Editor window.
Regards,
Stefan

Re: Bookmark ->Properties -> Appearance ... is disabled
Hi Stephan
Right clicking the ... Bookmark -> Properties, the appearance tab-page all controls are disabled
http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=018 ... 4573838474
What is the difference between PDF-XChange Editor and PDF-XChange Editor Plus ?
Is there a comparison table ?

Re: Bookmark ->Properties -> Appearance ... is disabled
Hello bawldiggle,
Hmm, I am not sure why those are disabled. Is the file security protected in any way?
Or does the same thing happen with any file (including a fresh blank one that you just create and then add a bookmark to)?
Regards,
Stefan
