pdf xchange viewer keeps crashing

my pdf xchange viewer crashed 2 times in 3 days. im not sure why it crashes but it is has caused me to lose alot of my work. after the first crash, i always reminded myself to save my edits every 10mins during lecture, but apparently when it crashes all my edits are removed regardless of whether i saved them or not. please help.

1) PDF-XChange Viewer has become obsolete and has been replaced by PDF-XChange Editor:

2) Difficult to believe that - after a 'Save' - all modifications are lost.
Maybe there is a problem with the hard disk? Use CHKDSK via a Command Prompt.

pandaboi - please consider moving to the Editor as suggested above - as the Viewer is now indeed quite an older product - with no updates for the last few years.
