Watermark inserted despite valid license

Hi,

when saving my document, PDF XChange Viewer 2.5.321.0 just inserted a watermark!
I have a licence that is shown als valid and expires 2018-03-05.
What is going on here, and what can I do to get rid of that watermark again?

Welcome to our forums. Please send your serial key to sales@pdf-xchange.com as well as the file containing these watermarks.

Licensing issues should not be posted to the forums as the information may be sensitive.

One Question remains: Is this a new bug in 2.5.321.0 or even an intended behaviour? I just went back to 2.5.318.1 where this problem doesn't occur.

Hello Klaus,

Once you send us the key (or part of it) we would be able to advise why it doesn't work in the new build. There will be a logical reason for this - but as there are several possibilities - it will be best to get in touch with us over e-mail.

Thanks to everybody who helped! The problem is fixed now.
I had an outdated serial number, that (unfortunately) still displayed as valid.

To anybody who has the same problem:
Log in to your customer account and check if you have a new serial number that replaces the old one. This might do the trick.
