Edit / Copy linebreak on each blank?

Post by fstorch »

There are some books where copying text to clipboard will insert a linebreak after each blank.
E.g. this one: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocente ... 092507.pdf
The Title already is copied as
WebSphere
Development
Studio
ILE
RPG
Programmer’s
Guide
whereas AR copies it as expected (well - somewhat):
WebSphere Development StudioILE RPG Programmer’s Guide
Speaking about copying text:
AR is pretty bad in copying code examples, like the ones on page 18 of the book. No blanks/tabs are retained and code is simply destroyed.

It would be a real unique selling point of XChange Viewer if it would be able to do a better job than AR here.

The extra linebreaks are fixed - Thank you!
I guess a better formatting of copied code examples is nothing I should hold my breath for?

We are planning to realize more "sophisticated" algorithm for text copying, but I'm afraid, a bit later -- there are a lot of things which should be done.
