New versioan(21 june release) save file error

I used to use the previous version 1.0.0.17 of the program to add some comments and text marks to a pdf document.
now I've just upgraded to the latest versian (21 June released) and i'm now experiencing some problems to save that document.
whenever i try to save that document i got and error telling:

Error saving document to ....
Error{PDF Structure 40]: internal error(0x820F0011)

What is cause of this problem?:?:
Please help me, I have to restore to previous version until this problem being solved.

Hi Ahmad,

we have your document received by email and we are investigating - we hope to resolve any problems - if found - in build 21 available later this week.
