Print only black

Hello,

I get daily a PDF-Document.
PDF-XChange Viewer prints only black. The whole page except letterhead in white.
The test-printing with Adobe Reader is OK

Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6 5433.600.0.0

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for the post - The Viewer has been replaced by the Editor and is no longer supported, so please download and try the Editor:

Also, I believe that the issue you're seeing was a known issue with the Viewer's printing engine and could not be resolved within the Viewer. The Editor's printing engine was entirely re-written, partly to address this specific issue.

The pages are no longer printed in black

But - I print in a document many pages individually. The "Viewer" has always retained the last printer setting.
For example, "Current Page" was the last remaining print was active until the document is closed.

This was done by the popular request of many users, so I'm afraid that this will not be changed.

Oh Just that I found very practical since I use it constantly.
Once set the hook: scrolling mouse -> Ctrl-P -> Enter -> Scroll -> Ctrl-P -> Enter ... etc.
But OK. I like the program.

Hi Zunar,

One workaround that I've just thought of, that may help, is that you can right click any page or set of pages in the Thumbnails Pane (Ctrl + T) and select Print from there. This will take only the selected page(s) as the parameters.

Hi!

Right-click, Print -> Selected pages, only works in the thumbnails. Is not very comfortable.
I do it now so: Ctrl-P -> Alt-K -> Enter ... I work, if possible, rather than keyboard.

Hello Zunar,

If it is not in the thumbnails pane - I can not think of any other way to have the pages pre-selected so that the "selected pages" can be directly selected.
