[bug] Some images can't display

Here is a document, the images in page 22, 23, 104, and 109 can't display correctly.

Viewer version: 1.0.16
Windows XP SP2.

I've tried other PDF viewer, and it can show these images.

Please look into it. :)

Not yet fixed in build 1.0.17.
Hope this can be fixed in the future release.
