Tool Tips?

I just downloaded this free program and tried it out. I can't find how to turn on tool tips, and have the impression they are not incorporated. If that's the case, it's an unfortunate omission. Using Win2K, version 1.0 build 0016.

Yes - we hope to have tooltips enabled in the next build.
