Pre-installation?
Can we pre-install the viewer on a computer that is shipping to an End-User, or must the End-User install it?

By all means - we welcome the pre-installation, all that we would ask is that you send us an email telling us who you are and that you would like to do this and we will send you back an afirmation of our consent to do so freely.
