how can I branch down a new created bookmark under- for example - the bookmark above in the list?
As seen here:

Would love to have a botton for it or otherwise..

Welcome to our forums!
Just drag the bookmark you'd like to move, and you should start seeing a visual indication of where it will be placed when you release the mouse button. Using that you will see if the line shown is shorter than the above bookmark (then the one you are dragging will be placed as a sub entry), or the same length as the bookmark above (then the one you are dragging will be placed on the same level).
