Hi, thank you for this useful soft. I love it.
I used the markup (annotation) tool (especially the pencil tool) frequently before.
Recently, I opened one of the files that I edited by this soft.
I noticed that some formats of markup tool (thickness, opacity) are invalidated as the image of the link destination.

When the file is opened by Adobe Acrobat Reader, these formats are displayed properly (as the attached file)
Would you give me some advice?

Re: Some formats of markup tool are invalidated
Hi Yuki,
Thanks for the post - the Viewer is no longer supported, as it has been replaced by the Editor. From the image, it looks as though this may be some kind of non-standard annotation that wasn't supported by the Viewer. Please try the Editor and see if that helps:

If that doesn't help, please send a sample document demonstrates the problem.
Thanks,

Re: Some formats of markup tool are invalidated
Thank you for the reply.
Thanks to you, the problem has been solved!
I installed the PDF-XChange Editor, and it displays the annotation properly.
Incidentally, I still have a question.
>From the image, it looks as though this may be some kind of non-standard annotation that wasn't supported by the Viewer.
It is incomprehensible for me.
I made the annotation by the PDF-XChange viewer, if I remember correctly.
Moreover, after I noticed this problem, I wasn't able to make any annotations which display these formats (thickness, opacity) properly though I set them on toolbar and tried again and again. It just made very thin lines as the image.
No offence, but what do you think of it?
(Anyway, thank you for the advice!)

Re: Some formats of markup tool are invalidated
Hi Yuki,
Awesome, glad that helped!
I was simply going off of the appearance of the annotation in the image, and it looks to be a arched highlight. I can't say why it would look that way without seeing the document, but I'd suggest making sure that you're also running the latest release of the Viewer, if you wanted to use the Viewer:

Re: Some formats of markup tool are invalidated
Hi Will,
Thank you for the comment.
A short time ago, I opened other files with the Viewer, and I wasn't able to make the annotations with the formats either.
I'll use the Editor in place of the Viewer.
If I hope to use the Viewer again, I may ask you this issue again.
Thank you for the courteous support.
Best wishes,
Yuki
