Keyboard Shortcuts Stopped Working

My user defined shortcuts have stopped working all of a sudden for some reason.
They were:
s for snapshot
t for text selection
z for hand tool
h for highlight

They worked just fine as long as I had it, but now they don't work anymore. I have to manually click the corresponding buttons. Any help to fix this problem will be greatly appreciated.
