Maintenance Renewal

Hi,

my Maintenance for XChangePro ends in November.
When I renew it today - what is with the remaining time until the "real ending date" of my Maintenance.
Is this add to 1/2 year?

Hello Mr. Nice Guy,

If you renew today - the new maintenance expiration date will be 1/2 years after the old one - so you do not lose on maintenance.
E.g. your maintenance currently expires on 10 Nov 2015, if you renew now - the new maintenance expiration date will be 10 Nov 2016/17 and not 21 Oct 2016/17.
