Can't convert Mails in Outlook 2013

Hi and have a Happy New Year,
my problem: I Can't convert Mails to pdf
It failed with Error-Message:
PXCOutlookAddinH_x64.exe - Anwendungsfehler
Application can not start (0xc000007b)
No other program is causing this error.

Who can help?

i have the same problem now.
I am Using Outlook 2016 in Windows 7 ( all 64 Bit )

Thanks for the info. - are you using these executables?


If so, these are not meant to be used in this way. The Outlook Add-in is an add-in for Outlook, meaning that you'll need to use the PDF-XChange 6 tab of Outlook itself:

Hello SOFTWAREKOCH,

Thanks for the file with the screenshots. I can see that the Outlook add-in is properly installed and listed in outlook. Do you say that it doesn't work? Does something happen when you click the button or nothing at all?
Have you tried uninstalling all our products, rebooting, then installing fresh copies and does that help at all?

i already deinstalled and installed again with restart in between.
See the PDF file containing the Message when i try to save a email in outlook as PDF to my Harddisk.

What is this Version for ? : Download PDF-XChange PRO (32/64 Bit Version) (als ZIP Datei)
Is it both 32 and 64 BIT ?

Which one is the right for me ? PDF-XChange Pro (64 Bit Version) (als MSI Datei) OR Download PDF-XChange PRO (32/64 Bit Version) (als ZIP Datei)

Is the error perhaps resulting from a wrong package ?

Hello Dietmar,

Apologies for the slow reply!
We didn't contact you as we managed to reproduce and investigate this here on our own machines.
We decided it will be better if we do not take more of your time when we could work on this locally.

The issue is with 64 bit Outlook and some of the files we distribute not being the correct ones for 64 bit version. This will be fixed in the next build of our products.
