Create table of contents with bookmarks

When I used another software, I was able to create a table of contents from the bookmarks. Is this possible with PDF-XChange Viewer?

Hi jwash,

Currently that feature is not available in the PDF-XChange Viewer, and with the release of the Viewer's next major version, the PDF-XChange Editor no new features will be added to the viewer. We will forward your feature request on to the development team for consideration for a future build of the PDF-XChange Editor.
