Hello bawldiggle,

Yes it is, and if you are using Outlook, and have our Standard or Pro packages installed - they will also install a MS Outlook add-in that will allow you to do so with a single click.

Regards,
Stefan

Thank you Stefan for your response, :)

I am currently using PostBox email client (a fork of Mozilla Thunderbird) and so far addins that work in Thunderbird are compatible with PostBox.

Being out of touch with MS mail handling I googled "windows live mail"
Microsoft web page preaches to the converted.

Wikipedia Windows Live Mail and Windows Mail pages outline the "blood line" of MS mail-clients (or whatever they are called)

It appears there have been six generations of mail-clients/apps since "Outlook"
  1. Outlook (2003)
  2. Outlook Express (WinXP)
  3. Windows Mail (Vista) (2005)
  4. Windows Live Mail - Wave v12 (2007)
  5. Windows Live Mail - Wave 3 (2009)
  6. Windows Live Mail - Wave 4 (2011)
  7. Windows Live Mail - Wave 5 (2012)
Are there any other email clients that PDF-Xchange will convert an email to PDF?

Having lost mail with cloud based email "servers" I prefer desktop email clients, hopefully to ...
  1. Preserve files on my PC
  2. Accommodate email creation off-line
Where might PDF-XChange fit into Windows 7 compatible email client ?

Thank you :)

Hi bawldiggle,
Outlook (2003)
Outlook Express (WinXP)
Windows Mail (Vista) (2005)
Windows Live Mail - Wave v12 (2007)
Windows Live Mail - Wave 3 (2009)
Windows Live Mail - Wave 4 (2011)
Windows Live Mail - Wave 5 (2012)
you are Missing Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. Outlook is still the falgship of Microsoft mail clients and is not only available as a stand alone product but is also part of the Office Suite(s).

Outlook is the only mail client that we currently offer this functionality for. If you use another mail client you are limited to converting only that which the mail client can print.

Does that make sense?
Best regards

Thanks Paul for your response,

Outlook does not get very good "press".
I think I will abandon the idea of email to PDF

Thank you for your time :)
