"Pages Navigation" Toolbar cannot be docked at top

Hi - In PDFXchange - The "Pages Navigation" Toolbar and "Pages Layout" Toolbar cannot be docked at the top with the other standard Toolbar buttons. They seem to have some special classification needing their own line. This does not make sense since they seem like standard toolbar objects and should behave like all the other toolbar bjects.

I like to have a configuration where I have just one toolbar at the top which houses: "Standard Toolbar", "Zoom Toolbar", "Pages Navigation Toolbar", and "Pages Layout Toolbar".

Ordinarily "Pages Navigation" and "Pages Layout" are on the bottom and waste a lot of screen footprint. When you try to move them to the top to combine them with other toolbars - it is not possible.

Turn it off, customise the toolbars, and put all of the controls that you need on a custom toolbar.

Fantastic, thanks Bhikkhu - finally accomplished the look I have been wanted for a long time - everything I want on the same line as the menu bar. No more wasted space.
