permanently hide or delete annotations

permanently hide or delete annotations
I have annotations on many pdf docs. Is there any way the pdf can have these removed or not visible any longer. I know I can use show/hide all comments but this is temporary. I want to send my pdf's to someone else but not have that person see them. There are over 100 pdf's so I dont want to manually delete the annotations and then save the doc. Any ideas?

There's no automated way to go through all 100 documents in e.g. 10 seconds - but you can easily remove all annotations in just a few clicks - Open a file, then open it's comments pane (Ctrl-M) - and then group your comments by e.g. Author, and then click the Author name and the "Del" key - this will allow you to delete all the comments in a file quickly.
Then save a copy of the file, and forward it to the third person who needs to see it.
