Can not open two documents

Can not open two documents
Hi all,
I have a problem with the viewer.
I can not open a second document.
I can open every file I have, but when I want to open a second file in addition to the first I get the result you can see in the screenshot.
Any Ideas?

Hi Trombomaniac,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues opening that file. Is it specific to that file and/or does it only happen when you have that other file open?
We'd like to take a further look into this and the best way we can do this is for you to open the Viewer and before the issue use Help--> Report a Problem then attach both these files to the email. It would be helpful if you indicate in the body of the email that it refers to this thread ( copy/paste this into it: https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 35&t=12657) and which of the files we should open first to reproduce this.

I can provide files, but it is every file I tried (I think by it must be around 100 files tested) the second file gives the error.
It does not matter which file I open first or second.
It does not matter if the files are secured or not.
I tried to reinstall everything, but to no success.
If you need any other info, I will be happy to provide it.

indeed you can help by sending that Problem Report I mentioned in my last post. That includes a lot of your system variable and environment info that we would need to reproduce the issue here.
Can you send that report and we'll look into the cause of the issue.

Hello again,
I did sme testing over the weekend and I think I found the culprit.
I use WindowBlinds for a better design of Windows.
However, when I disable WindowsBlinds for the PDF Xchange Viewer, it works as planned.
When I enable it again, only one document can be opened.
In an earlier version of PDF Xchange Viewer this did not happen.
Did you change something concerning the windows management?
So, maybe it is not a problem on your side. I will contact Stardock for additional support regarding WindowBlinds.

Hello Maik,
Yes it's possible that this interface application is interfering.
Ver3 of our Viewer will support split view inside the same instance of the Viewer, so once that is released by the end of May - you will be able to use both the Viewer and your interface application.

I was awaiting the new release anyway.
I think, I can live with disabling the interface for the moment.
