When I try to export a PDF to a jpg, the width remains the same, but the height gets squished to about 1 inch. The thumbnail looks fine, but the actual jpg is unusable. I haven't change any settings, I'm only trying to do 1 page. I've looked through the forum here to see if it has been addressed but I haven't seen anything.
The GIF format works, but the file size is huge. I would love it if somebody knew what I was doing wrong. Thanks

My husband and I both use PDF Xchange and the export to jpg feature works just fine on his computer. Do I need to just uninstall it and reinstall?

Everything works fine on our side too.
Please be sure you are using the latest build (current one is 2.5.201).

This is getting more and more bizarre by the minute. The machine on which we found this issue is now creating the jpg files correctly without making any changes to that machine.
Can I ask you to confirm that you are running the latest build (201) and update and retest if not?

Looks like you are using build 2.047 and the latest is 2.5.201.
Please update to th latest build by doing a frsh install as the 'Check for Updates' (under the Help menu) option you have is not compatible with all later builds ...
