Hi,
I have got a PDF file from my university. When I open it, all seems to work, until I scroll to page 4 (sometimes even 3). Then the reader crashes, this happens every time when I want to show page four (or three). All other pages work properly.
I would like to send you that file, but I don't want to upload it here in this forum because it is something like private.
(Can you please give me your email address?) I have sent the mail three minutes ago!

best way to report this Peter is either via the option 'Help Menu - Report a Problem' as this provides info on the version and your Windows OS - but if not possible for some reason - please email to support@pdf-xchange.com with a link back to this forum post in the email body

we did get both emails, however you did not include any of the attachments in the email sent by Help --> Report a Problem and it also appears you removed the default text with the system information we needed. Can I ask you to send this again and include not only the attachment for the file in question but the 4 other files the report wants to add:

I spoke a little too soon. We have reproduced the problem here with what you sent. No need to send the report again. We have found the cause of this and made the appropriate changes to the Viewer. You will be able to get the fix in the next build (Build 202).
