Can't Send E-mail From Outlook 2010

I'm running Windows 7 with Office 2010 & PDF XCHANGE Viewer 2.5(Build 199.0). Whenever I try to send an e-mail from the program I get an error message: Error [NetLib]: One or more unspecified errors occured

the first thing to do is test with the current build of the software. We are at build 200. can you update to 200 and then let us know if the issue is still present?

Did the update & same issue First I get a message saying something like "there is no email client or your email client cannot perform the task". Then the previously mentioned error message pops up

Hi,

this could be an issue either with your simple MAPI setup or possibly the fact that you have a 32 bit mail client running on a 64 bit PC - can you please fully uninstal the Viewer and download and try the 32 bit MSI installer and ensure you do restart your PC after the install.

For starters the file that was provided will not install on a 64 bit system. I got that error message when I try to install. I've rebooted several times but the problem still exist.
I'm getting this exact message on the first pop-up:

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client"

However Outlook is the default mail handler.

Then the next pop-up says: "Couldn't send the document by e-mail. Error [NetLib]: One or more unspecified errors occurred"

Does the mail send function work in other programs (for example Winrar) without problems?

I use PDF-XChange Viewer and can send mails through Office 2010 32 Bit on Windows 7 64 Bit without problems.

Perhaps its helpful to set Outlook as default email handler again to overwrite a not directly visible problem.

thanks for the suggestions verwirrt... however that still didn't solve the issue. I went into Outlook and tweaked away- reboot n all- but nothing! As for Outlook working with other programs, YES it works. I'm now trying Foxit PDF program and no problem with the email feature. The one small hiccup they have is the preview in Outlook on the 64 bit Windows 7 OS. Their support folks said that's a fix in the works. Speaking of support... Foxit blew me away with their responsiveness. They are on it. Every email was answered within minutes, Even at 2 am!!!
Too bad because I really like the Tracker program I've been using for a few years now & it was fine prior to Win 7.

my take on this is that this is probably related to the setting within Windows for Outlook to be the default Simple MAPI client. This is more that just setting it as the default mail client.

If we want to test the 32/64 bit theory you could try sending email using thye 32 bit 'Portable Version' of PDF-Xchange Viewer: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFX_Vwr_Port.zip I suspect you will see the same thing there as you do with your 64 bit installed version.

Let me know what happens with the portable verison please?

OK I think we finally have a winner!!!!!
Tried the portable version and it worked. Now I noticed that after I did a restart of Outlook it stopped working again. However, after double clicking on the program install file all was well again. So we'll see how this works out. This whole thing actually got me to check out all the settings for PDF X-change & realize it's a lot.

In the portable Viewer you can enter the license by going to Help -> Enter Serial Key.
