[Feature request] Export to Bitmap...

Hi,
I am going to england for a holiday trip and created tons of pdf files for my mobile devices, including some city maps. Sadly, the mobile acrobat reader is very slow when showing bitmaps, so I exported all maps by doing screen shots with all it's restrictions (low pixel resolution)

So, what about an export function allowing to render a page to bitmaps? It would allow, to save the actual view, actual page or a selected range of pages with a selectable resolution to one or more bitmap files.

Its already there. PDF-XChange has extensive options for exporting pages to images. PNG will most likely give the best results for smallest file size (depending on what the source is).
