Thank you for your help.
Since version 2.5 I have not been able to use the F9 button to display the menu bar or the F10 button to open full screen viewing. I have Windows 7 x64 installed on my computer.
Displaying menu bar (F9) or full screen (F10)

Re: Displaying menu bar (F9) or full screen (F10)
Hi hsrstud,
thanks for posting. There is no change that we are aware of that would explain why you are seeing this. Can you check that the function buttons are working in other scenarios/applications? We should eliminate the possibility of it being a Function Lock or other mechanism locking out the function keys. Please check that the F-Lock is set appropriately.
It might also be worth checking that the function keys are still bound as you expect them to be. Keyboard shortcuts are customizable as described in this article: http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase ... r-commands
If you are certain that the function keys are working and that they key bindings are right (full screen is by default F12 for example not F10) let me know and I'll test on a Win 7 x64 machine here.

I didn't even think of the F-Lock button, since I never use it purposefully. Problem resolved!
