PXCp_ET_AnalyzePageContent crashes on certain documents

Post by neilpitman » Wed Mar 14, 2007 9:57 am

PXCp_ET_AnalyzePageContent crashes on the first page of certain documents, although the majority of documents are processed fine. I have attached two examples.

We are using 3.60.1131. Please advise whether this reproduces at your end and may be a bug or whether there may be an issue at our end.

Thanks for your help,

Neil Pitman

Thanks Neil,

reproduced and will try and get a fix out in the next few days.

We do have some problems with our newly upgraded hosting server which is causing us some problems and blocking us from providing updates at this time - hopefully this will be resolved also in time to allows us to provide when ready.

Thanks for your patience.
