PDF-XChange 4.0 is crashing my pc

Hi,

PDF-XChange 4.0 build 162
I have a registration code and product id
Single user license

I use the software to create a PDF file of my landscape designs (Landworks AutoCad), I then take the PDF file to the print shop to print out in A3 or A2 size.

I was successfully using the software for ages on my old PC (windows XP) which suddenly died last week. I re-installed the software on my new PC this week.

Since re-installing software on new PC (windows 7), every time I try to create a PDF file of my landscape design my PC crashes and I receive a blue screen then the PC reboots itself. Then PC gives me a message on the screen - see message below.

Did I not re-install the software correctly?

Can you help me fix this problem please?

Hello Sandra,

I believe we resolved your problem over e-mails. The issue was that build 162 you had was not optimized for win7.
Now, as you just confirmed, with the latest one (193) everything is up and running.
