I have just purchased PDFX Tools V3 and am using Clarion Templates.

Following the purchase I received an Email with My Serial Number and Devcode with the note "You will need to pass these in your code to make live PDF's. For more info the Help Files / Manual provided."

I've searched all the help files provided and cannot find the relevant instructions. Could you please provide me with the help file name that contains these instructions. I would have expected this in the installation instructions.

have you placed your License code in the TSP_LICS.INC file as instructed in the help file and your license info ?

Or are you hand coding ?

Also you need to place your help requests in the forum for Clarion dev's here : ... m.php?f=23

All the info you require is in the help file and the example app's etc - but if you are still having a problem - please email Craig Ransom direct - he is our Clarion specailist : - or if that fails also - email me direct :

I have been away for a 3+ weeks relocating to Canada + other family business - apologies for the confusion.

Hi Mike!

This was brought to my attention when it landed in the Clarion forums.

My suggestions at this point are to please:

1. Uninstall whatever you downloaded and installed before.

2. Download and install the current Clarion edition of PDF-Tools that matches your license from:

3. In your Clarion 3rdparty\Libsrc folder locate the file and add your registration codes per the instructions in the CHM file that you installed with the PDF-Tools product.

4. Try the program first and see if that creates a proper PDF for you.

I think this will help you get started.
