I cannot reproduce this here - could you please ensure you have the latest build :
Please ensure all existing installs are fully removed and the PC restarted before installing.
If you have further problems - please run the installer again with the /L switch to create an install log and provide the :
files (please zip)
this FAQ explains how to do for the end user install - you will have to modify the exe name and paths as appropriate of course to match the developer distribution installation specifics.
