TIFF-XChange on Windows 7 64

Post by maggiecano » Mon Oct 25, 2010 1:30 pm

I tried installing my license of TIFF-XChange on Windows 7 64bit and the printer does not display in printers and devices.
Is there a way to make this application work in this OS?

Thank you,

Maggie

Hi Maggie,

TIF-XChange is a 32 bit only device - we do not offer a 64 Bit version of Tiff-XChange - some time ago we developed 'Raster-XChange' which offers all the conversion formats that TIFF-XChange offers and many more and if you need to install on both a 64 bit device you will need to 'cross grade' to Raster-XChange, if you contact us on sales@tracker-software.com we can give you further info on the costs of an upgrade and also how to proceed.

Hope that helps
