Unable to reinstall

Unable to reinstall

I uninstalled TIFF X-change 3.10 and have been trying to reinstall it. When installing either that version or the latest version my keycodes are not accepted. I have two licences; neither of the codes works. I'm running Windows XP SP2.

Please email upgrades@tracker-software.com with your purchase info - I suspect you may need a revised serial number to use the latest install.

I have emailed you twice - again yesterday, I suspect your spam filter (or your ISP) is blocking email from our domain (tracker-software.com) - please ensure all email from this domain is allowed and I will also send again from a Yahoo account we maintain (stoufville@yahoo.com)

I will also send you a private message on this forum just in case with the info too.

Please let me know if it does/does not arrive ok.
