Hello David, Please try to open a file created with build 198 - then move a single comment - e.g. 1 pixel to the left, and then back 1px to the right - this will flag the file as modified, and if you save it now - this should fix all annotations. After investigating this - we had to create a ticket in our internal system:

So that this could be assigned to a developer and fixed in a timely manner.

Hello Bob, Ran 4 more tests here - printed twice via Ctrl + P - at 300 and 600 DPI respectively, and then printed twice via the add-in again at 300 and 600 DPI - all four test samples are attached, and I must say that the files printed at 300 DPI, and those printed at 600 are with the same byte size...
