The Navigation toolbar, from the bottom of the document window, does not have the same attributes as the rest of the toolbars, and though it can be moved above the document, it cannot be hidden or moved into the regular toolbar workspace.

Have you gone into the Firefox Tools->Options->Applications?; as there is a setting that should say PDF-XChange Viewer Document to the left and on the right is a drop down that should be set to Use PDF-XChange Viewer(In Firefox), it may be set to Save File, Always ask.

They are not integrated though for smaller jobs the Viewer, which is included but a separate download, can both extract, insert & reorder pages. The PDF-Tools application is great for working with multiple documents and larger documents.
