I was able to reproduce this issue. I suspect this to be an issue with the way Neat is creating PDF files or the way Adobe reader for iOS handles JavaScript. I may be mistaken but if memory serves, Acrobat for IOS has limited if no support for JavaScript.

Hi Alan, Actually, those rectangles COULD be edited further if needed. When using that editing software, the file is saved in .pfl format that the software can re-open and edit further if needed. When all editing is complete, the .pfl file is saved to a .pdf format that can be opened with Adobe, etc...
