V6.0.317.0 Updates not seen by Help/Check for updates
As the topic title suggests, PDFXchange Editor Plus did not find new updates (317.0 installed, hoping to see 317.1). I did see Win10 advising that there was a new update though. Just wondering what is the best method of getting the updates.

On 317.0, 'Shift-arrow' moves the object about 10 times as much a a simple 'arrow'. We're suggesting it should be the opposite.

For this particular problem, I suspect that it's simply not something that has been implemented. Can you upload a sample document, before it is si...

Hi Claude, I'm afraid that we will not be offering a way to view PDF's in Chrome. As mentioned in a previous post, the API that they provide is extremely limiting and very, very buggy. The best that we can manage is the same as Adobe: we'll offer a plugin that will automatically open the PDF in our...

Hi Claude, I believe that this is because only the data contained in the form is exported, rather than the particular properties of that field. This means that $125.50 would be converted to 125.5, due to the field's properties specifying a general number format, to 1 decimal place. I believe that t...

This issue has a strange behavior for me. Cancelling an OCR command will not always crash the Editor. When it does, it does so after a certain delay (~ 5 secs?). After cancelling the OCR, I'm able to perform other commands on the same document then, all of a sudden, the Editor's process gets killed.

Just purchased Pro 5.5 (build 316.1) and am having the same issue as initial poster. I'm a bit concerned that it's been 4 months without an answer.
If I'm the author of a document (not sure how I can attest to that within PDFXchange editor), I should be able to clear my own digital signatures.
