Please make sure that you are using build 199 of all our products, as if you are using an older one - this coule be a problem that has long been resolved.

Otherwise - nope there shouldn't be aby problems with generating previews for files created by our PDF Tools.

Hello Dax, You can not control it's position via code, but you could manually move it to the desired position, and then export the settings to a data file. Then each time you are launching our AX control inside your application you can load the settings from this same data file - and the search pane...

You need to also specify digital signature settings, and select the digital signature to be used - the timestamp will be in addition to the signature. In my first attempt (not attached) I didn't specify a signature - and got an unsigned and also unstamped file :)

Hello chillrobot,

The portable.dat file is just a trigger that tells the .exe to look for it's settings in the settings.dat file instead of the registry. So your session is stored in the settings.dat file and the portable.dat will always be 0 KB.
