Normally this setting is at the following position in Windows Registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Settings\Tools\Highlight

If you are experienced with Windows Registry, you can remove the "Highlight" subkey and then try again.

Maybe you should try to manually copy the XPSSVCS.DLL

- out of the pxcl_xpssvcs_hotfix.zip (x64 folder)
- to C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3

See if the copy succeeds, and after that verify if printing works.
