Hello sietracky,

I am afraid that you cannot set the default state of Printable for stamps. This is always set to Yes so you will need to set it to No manually after you place the stamp.

You can reset the Editor's settings from File -> Manage Settings -> Reset Settings. You can also back up (export) and restore (import) your settings from the same menu.
