#5752: Editor 357: "Fit Box by Text Content" sometimes hides text after reducing the box size.

The Login Name cannot be edited. This is taken from your Windows log in and cannot be modified. If you would like another name to appear as an author for your documents, please enter this in the Name field.

You can access this if you right click on the annotation and go to Styles Tools.

Copy Comment Style will copy the style of the selected annotation and Apply Copied Comment Style will apply the style to another annotation.

Please check whether the "Edit text elements as blocks" option is enabled for the Edit tool. While this option is disabled, you cannot edit text. You can only select, move, delete the different text elements.

When you change the printer preferences from an application, these settings are saved only for the current session of the application.

As Willy mentioned, if you would like to change the printer preferences permanently, you need to do so via Window's settings.

The Editor uses your login as an author by default. Changing your Name in the Identity tab of the Editor's Preferences (Ctrl+K) will also change the default Author.

With these settings, whenever I place a comment, the Author is Test 1.

I am afraid that we do not have such an option for the thumbnails pane. However, you can set this kind of display in the main Editor's window. To do so, you must enable Two Pages/Two Pages Continuous view and the Show Cover Page in Two Pages View option.

The PDF-XChange Lite included in the Editor's package is not free to use. You need to disable it during the installation in order to keep the free for home version installed earlier.
