Hallo! I've installed Jaws PDF Editor 4, but this application is not shown as alternate viewer in PDF-XChange. Is there any registry key, I can change manually to change this? In my case it's a PDF with PDFs inside. There's absolutely no hint regarding attachments.

That's right, so we all have to prioritise - PDFs with attachments are getting more used and a viewer without the capability to show them or even show a hint that there are attachments (might I ask for such a feature being implemented in b42?) is not state of the art. From our business partners we get sometimes so called PDFs with "embedded attachments". I can see this only in Adobe Reader, but not in PDF-XChange. When will your tool support this feature?

Looks like PCL printers has a limit on number of pixels (scaled depends of DPI) into one image block. We had found that this limit is about 4 megapixels. We had modify print images routines to handle this limit, and now all is ok. At least on my HP LJ 2015. Glad to hear, that's ok over there. :wink...

BTW, a feature like drag-and-drop a "current" view to windows desktop, which creates a link like mentioned above would be useful. (automatically create a bookmark and add this to the link). Even better: "Save current view as" ... with file-dialog to enter a "file name"....

Try to create a link of a pdf-file (press SHIFT and CTRL while drag-and-drop) and then add
/A "page=2"
before the filename. Windows will shop up an error message.

is a new beta already available, including the mentioned fix? I think, it would be best, to provide the beta-releases as portable releases first, because this way it's easier to test them in productive environment.

Unfortunately the "workaround" seems not to work for all PDFs as you can see in the attached screenshot. I also attached the PDF itself. PDF-XChange sets the paper to C5-format ...
So a real fix is still needed.

Foxit Reader doesn't handle this all that well. 1. You have to select the underline tool to delete underline markup, in PDF-XChange you can delete any markup with any tool. I guess the result of this is that you cannot also underline highlighted text. In this case, I'd prefer the behaviour of Foxit...
