If you have a complete system backup please go to this folder, and copy all the files you see there to the same folder in your new set up:

C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Stamps\

This will restore all of your custom stamps

However, you can customize it by adding everything you need under the Home tab.

Our PDF Editor uses the Fonts installed in the Windows OS itself.

To install new Fonts you have to copy them into this folder:

C:\Windows\Fonts\

To embed the used fonts into a PDF document you have to save it as a PDF/A:

The SnapShot tool does copy everything, but it will paste them as an image (stamp):

The other option is just to flatten the comments and turn them into base content items.
This you will be able to move/copy everything as it is.

This issue will not be unique to PDF-XCE as no software will be able to de-merge the mark-ups once created in Samsung Notes, I fear.

My thoughts are the exact same.

If you could provide us with an example file, we will confirm if this is the case.
