I found them by going first Comments\Show Comments\Open All Pop-Ups this opened the blue windows then I went to the comments pane at the top and clicked the little black arrow to the right of "Group By" and chose "Colour". Try that and let me know how it goes.

Not with our present version. We adhere to the PDF ISO standard which requires smoothing. We have a compromise planned for version 3 though. We will offer the ability to set the level of smoothing. Hope that helps!

I can see how preserving your settings would be important to you. Both options are possible and will work for you. You can install right over and you can export your UI settings which would preserve your toolbars. Let me know how it goes.

It shouldn't be disabled. I believe your best bet is to uninstall the viewer from Programs and Features located on your Windows control panel then download and re-install it. Here is a link to the viewer.

We have found in the past a simple re-install or upgrade to the latest build resolves most challenges. Just download the viewer from the downloads page and install it right over the one you have and it will remember the key. Try that and let me know if you still have a challenge.

There can be so many differences between dev enviroments that it's hard to nail challenges like this down. One thing I can think of off the top of my head would be to make sure you are using the same .net framework in both enviroments.
