Hello,

When grouping comments you get the quantity in parenthesis in the comments pane.

Now, is there any way to select a number of comments and having the editor display how many you selected -maybe in the properties pane?!

Under Document Properties -> Security:
Is it possible to set the security level such that 'Document Assembly' is permitted but other changes are not -one cannot delete or move comments but still assemble several documents?

Unfortunately that is not possible -I can send you the printed pdf, but not the Revit project. I am not allowed to forward complete tender models material like that... :(

I've searched the forums without any definite answers to the following:

I've often wondered why the colours get really desaturated when one flattens the pdf-comments and save?
Is there a way to prevent this?

The snapshot tool was maxed out at 2400DPI :shock: It helped cranking it down, hehe.

I'm using the newest build and it consistently crashes on using the Snapshot Tool. Co-workers using build 319 does not experience this. Also, while I'm at it -any news on moving comments with the arrow keys? Posted a while back that the increments are too large and it was promised looked at? Regards...
